To build and maintain a private, beneficent membership group of entrepreneurs. To bring together people of moral integrity in order for them to mutually prosper in business by accessing strategic resources, interacting and creating bonds with like-minded individuals, contributing knowledge and resources for the benefit of building income producing assets, and supporting projects and organizations that uplift humanity and those less fortunate (simply explained... to help JobRemoval members get rid of their job and increase the quality of their life at the same time).


Founding Principles

A Supreme Creator governs the affairs of all mankind through Natural Law.

All human beings are created equal without distinction by race, nationality, gender, class, religious beliefs, or political views.

The pursuit of life, liberty, property, reputation and happiness is a sacred stewardship for present and future generations.

True beneficence in the group enhances individual opportunity by helping people make the most of their talents and resources.


Operating Principles

1. To open JobRemoval.com membership participation and resources to any sponsored person or entity who supports the Mission and the Principles and who agrees to and abides by the Membership Agreement.

2. To help members enrich and balance their mental, physical, familial, social, vocational, financial, and spiritual areas of life, based upon their individual needs and lifetime goals.

3. To provide well-researched information and continuing education programs using current and objective knowledge derived from scientific methods and/or practical experience.

4. To provide unique benefits, superior products, excellent education, exceptional opportunities and expert advisors, all of which must meet the highest standards and value in accordance with the Mission and the Principles.

5. To encourage an open and creative exchange of information throughout the entire JobRemoval.com organization related to achieving the Mission in harmony with the Principles.

6. To promote progress, understanding and cooperation among the JobRemoval.com membership, while respecting individual, cultural, religious and societal diversity.

7. To operate on sound and ethical business practices; to encourage compliance with all applicable regulations of the country in which participants reside.

8. To conduct all interactions in a courteous, moral and professional manner; to protect participants' personal and business privacy, affairs and confidences; and to hold responsible parties accountable at all times for their actions.

9. To resolve disagreements cooperatively, equitably and creatively; in matters with irreconcilable conflicts, to seek help through JobRemoval.com membership arbitration.

10. To assume responsibility for referring potential members into the organization by recommending only those like-minded individuals of moral integrity who are willing to support the Mission and Principles, and agree to and abide by the JobRemoval.com Membership Agreement.

11. To decentralize and vest authority to make decisions at the most local levels that include all relevant and affected parties, as governed in accordance with the JobRemoval.com Membership Agreement.

12. To equitably distribute power, rights, responsibility, incentive and rewards; to operate and exist in harmony with the human spirit.
